Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
• Products that arrive damaged, opened, or tampered with
• Products that are stale or do not meet our quality standards
• Incorrect items received (wrong product or flavor)
• Orders that arrive significantly past the estimated delivery window
Not Eligible for Refund
• Products that have been mostly or fully consumed
• Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Change-of-mind purchases where the product is in good condition (store credit may be offered at our discretion)
How to Request a Return or Refund
Getting in touch is easy. Simply reach out to our team with the following information:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product or packaging (if applicable)
We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. In most cases, we’ll resolve the issue without requiring you to ship anything back.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
Subscription Orders
If you’re on a subscription plan, you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already shipped.
