Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may occasionally extend to 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship right from our headquarters in North Carolina. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $50

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please reach out to us — we’d love to explore options.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your notification.

Weather Considerations

Because we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality snacks, we may occasionally delay shipments during periods of extreme heat to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition. If this affects your order, we’ll reach out to let you know.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We pack every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we’ll make it right. We may ask for a photo of the damaged package or product so we can continue improving our process.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Carolina Pure Snacks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We happily ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery times to military addresses may vary.
